DEAR WANDERER
Dear Wanderer
I forget what I’m
fighting for
And so often I am
tempted to freefall
into the violent tides
that haunt me
But just as quick as
these demons appear
I remember;
This too shall pass.
On gloomy nights
I stare into the heavens
And what I search for is not
The fading lights or
the moonless sky
I look for Meaning,
Purpose, Calling
For in the
chaos of the day
I stare into the heavens
And what I search for is not
The fading lights or
the moonless sky
I look for Meaning,
Purpose, Calling
For in the
chaos of the day
I forget what I’m
fighting for
And so often I am
tempted to freefall
into the violent tides
that haunt me
But just as quick as
these demons appear
I remember;
This too shall pass.
